What is Chi-Gung and the Eight Brocades?
Chi-Gung is an ancient form of exercise from China. Chi means the vital life force and Gung means skill achieved through practice. It is an incredibly healing discipline that is available to all, regardless of age, flexibility, and strength. Of Chi-Gung, Dr. Oz said, “If you want to be healthy and live to 100, do Chi-Gung.” The eight brocades is a series of eight movements that are repeated to create a smooth flow (a silken quality) of energy in the body.
