This option includes: lodging at the cozy and rustic Farmhouse on the beautiful Megalith Park property, includes a double occupancy room with a twin bed and shared bathroom, 5 meals (Friday dinner, 3 meals on Saturday, and Sunday breakfast), all yoga, meditation, sound healing with Reiki sessions, Qigong in the stone circle, and rituals with mythic stone installations. If you live nearby or would prefer to find your own lodging, we offer an affordable commuter rate. He holds a Master of Science in Traditional Chinese Medicine from the Pacific College of Health Sciences and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from the Cooper Union. Amanbir's diverse expertise spans Kundalini Yoga, meditation, astrology, and Eastern medicine, making him uniquely equipped to guide participants through transformative experiences. His personalized approach integrates these disciplines to create a holistic roadmap to health and harmony, empowering individuals to heal themselves and live fully.

She discovered Kundalini Yoga by accident over 20 years ago and was skeptical about the mantras and "strange" breathing but at the same time thrilled by how engaged, energized, and inspired it made her feel.
