Join Meredith online for her NEW monthly series Kundalini Yoga for Recovery: a supportive practice which specifically applies the techniques of Kundalini Yoga to transform the self-destructive habits. This series incorporates elements of both twelve step recovery programs and Kundalini Yoga and meditation techniques. It is appropriate for both newcomers and more experienced yoga students. ‘Kundalini Yoga for Recovery’ will meet online the first Sunday afternoon, 3:30-5pm, of each month for six months, starting in November on November 7.
