Aquarian Sadhana is an early morning practice given to us by Yogi Bhajan in 1992 to help us keep up in challenging times. We rise before the sun and come together in the ambrosial hours to pray, move, and chant. It is a beautiful practice that is open to everyone. You don't have to know anything to participate and join us. The basic structure of Aquarian Sadhana is:
Recitation
Kundalini Yoga kriya, a sequence of exercises
Relaxation
Chanting for 62 minutes
In total, the practice is two and a half hours. When we wake up before the sun, that is a victory. When we give the first part of our day to spirit, the rest of the day is ours.
