Olympic athletes rely on a strong partnership with their coach to bring them into the winning circle. Winning at the game of life is no different, it requires balance, motivation, the right tools and caring helpers along the way. A life coach helps you directly identify what you wish to achieve in the present and future and assists you in outlining and following manageable action steps and tasks to achieve your goals.
You may not feel that your life needs resurrecting, but if you think about it, our realities are constantly being recreated each time our perspective shifts. So whether your motivation is related to health, spirituality, business, career or any other practical matter, life coaching is a very effective modality to help you inquire deeply, transform your thoughts, beliefs and behaviors and stay focused and accountable as you move into your own unique winning circle.
I am Savitri, many of you know me as the Co-Owner of Montclair Kundalini Yoga, a nutrition, yoga, qigong and infinity flow dance teacher, as well as a successful NYC IT Consultant. What you may not know about me is that after decades of study with my own teacher and coach, he coined the phrase “Resurrect your Life Coach” just for me. After observing how many times I had miraculously resurrected my own life by tapping into my own vast resources and multidimensionality, I was given the sacred task of working with others, not only in groups, but also one on one.
I would be honored to assist you in resurrecting your own life.
How it works: We have an initial session together which can sometimes last several hours. We get to know each other and identify your unique hopes and dreams. Then each week, we meet for half an hour on Zoom or by phone. We discuss your progress, identify areas of focus, action steps, transformational tools and much more, as you move toward your desired transformation. The investment in yourself is only $160 per month.
