Reiki is a beautiful form of hands-on healing. The word Reiki means universal life force. Through the study of and attunements to the Reiki energy, one can learn to channel this life force to activate flow, balance, and healing on mental, spiritual, and physical levels.

In Reiki Level 1, Certified Usui Reiki Practioner Training, participants will :

• learn the history of the Usui form of Reiki
• practice self-healing protocol
• journal the journey of discovery self-healing brings
• learn the 5 principles of Reiki
• receive attunements
• learn how to prepare to treat others
• practice giving Reiki Treatments
• share in an intimate, safe setting
• practice guided meditation to tune into the energy and become a clear channel
• receive a certificate of completion

This training is open to all who have a certificate of completion for Reiki Level 1. In Reiki Level 2 Training, participants will:

• deepen their understanding and experience of Reiki
• learn distance Reiki techniques
• practice guided meditations
• receive attunements
• continue practice of giving hands on Reiki treatments
• share in an intimate, safe setting
• begin learning the Reiki symbols and how to utilize them
