Kundalini Yoga & Meditation Kundalini Yoga is the yoga of awareness. In each class, there will be a physical kriya and a meditation, given by Yogi Bhajan, the Master of Kundalini Yoga. Each kriya and meditation offers a specific benefit, such as tuning up the nervous system, increasing circulation, creating inner peace, or reducing stress. Classes always include a deep relaxation.
